They go above and beyond. Sam was professional, courteous and helpful. I was stranded along the side of Interstate 70 with a flat tire after hitting a pothole in the road. He made sure I got out of my car safely and into the wrecker, loaded my car and got us off the interstate. He called three places to find me a new tire and took me to that town so I could get it put on. He was friendly and put me at ease and made the situation not seem as bad. I definitely recommend them!
I’ve had very good experiences using them. They have the latest and best tools for the job, properly trained and experienced mechanics and operators. Very hard to find these days. They definitely make safety priority number one. Highly recommend! They also have a rare superpower around there called common sense.
They are wonderful. We dealt with JT after our car broke down in Indiana on our way home to New York. He dropped my husband and daughter off at the motel and picked my husband up when the car was done. They drove to go get the part so we could get back on the road.
