Central Indiana Towing Services
Unfortunately not all tows are for break downs. Some vehicles are towed per law enforcement for various reasons. In order to have a vehicle released that has been impounded by law enforcement or towed due to abandonment you will need the following documentation:
- Valid Driver’s License and/or Government Issued Photo ID
- Proof of Ownership of Vehicle, i.e. Title, Registration and a valid insurance policy
- All fees for impounded vehicles are to be paid in cash, unless other payments arrangements have been made with management
- If a hold has been placed on your vehicle by law enforcement, you will need to contact the appropriate agency and have them contact us verbally or in writing to release vehicle.
All vehicles towed to our lot are kept locked in a fenced, well-lit storage lot until retrieved by owner. Personal contents of a vehicle will not be released to anyone other than the registered owner unless law enforcement says otherwise. Please note that storage fees accrue daily and are charged per calendar date from the date the vehicle is placed in our lot until it is removed. Vehicles will only be released during business office hours and information regarding any impounded vehicle will also be available during business office hours.
